When You Arrive

Sat Nam,

In 2021, during this time of COVID, 3HO will be offering a full schedule of online events.  We will miss being together in person, but we hope you will join us to experience dynamic Kundalini classes, morning sadhanas, concerts, and connection with your Kundalini community from around the world.  All from the comfort of your home. See our Online Events Calendar here.

Registration and Set-up

Below please find a procedure list for getting you settled into camp. Please plan to arrive prior to 7:00 p.m. in order to better facilitate efficient Check-in/Registration and set-up. If this is your first Solstice Sadhana event, please inform our Hospitality Team upon arrival, they will give you a tour of the camp and answer any questions you may have. The program schedule will contain orientations for newcomers as well.

Upon entering the campsite please follow steps 1-7 below. Everyone is required to check in at registration prior to setting up camp or unpacking.

1. Luggage Shuttle
Once on site, please leave your baggage in the Luggage Shuttle holding area. Please place your bags in the areas marked for camping or specific cabin numbers. If you are camping, please decide where you want to camp prior to returning to the luggage area so you can place your luggage in the appropriate area. If you have rented a cabin, please have your cabin number with you to provide to the Luggage Shuttle team. If you need a cabin rental space, go to Check-In (Registration). There are no tent rentals at Winter Solstice. Your luggage will be transported to your living area and you will walk there to pick it up.

Cars are no longer allowed to drive on the premises. If you have special needs please contact the 3HO office.

2. Parking
Park your vehicle in the designated parking area. Security will be directing you to the parking area.

3. Check-In/Registration.
All camp participants must proceed to the registration area after parking their vehicles. Families with children, Service Exchanges, International Travelers, Adult Full Event, Day Passes, and people with the last name of Khalsa will each have a specified area in the Registration tent (just because there's so many Khalsa in our community, this helps with crowd management). Please Click Here for detailed information.

4. Karma Yoga
If you are registering on-site, you will sign up for your Karma Yoga of choice at that time. If you register on-line, you will  sign up for Karma Yoga at that time. For karma yoga descriptions, Click Here

5. Return to Luggage Area if Needed
You should have received your cabin assignment if you registered on-site, or if you registered on-line you should know the number of the cabin you chose. You will receive a program that has a camp map during registration. If needed, you can stop by registration to receive the map or find out your cabin info and go back to the Luggage Shuttle drop point to inform them of where to bring your luggage.

6. Set Up Tenting or Cabin Accommodation
Now you are free to unpack and settle in. Please walk to the Luggage Shuttle drop point closest to where you'll be camping. Collect your things and proceed to your chosen campsite. Wheelbarrows are provided for campers to reach their campsite. If you have a cabin then luggage will be sent to the cabin you have rented.

7. Late Arrivals (after 9 p.m.)

Check-In/Registration closes at 9 p.m. so security personnel at the front gate will write down your legal name, on-line registration number, home city, and your driver’s license number for admittance into camp. You will then receive a temporary admittance pass, a map of camp, and be directed to the Tantric Shelter, which is the late arrival sleeping area.

  • Security will direct you to appropriate parking area.
  • Collect your things for the night (sleeping bag, toiletries) and go to Tantric Shelter.
  • In the morning, please report to the Registration Trailer to Check-In or Register. After registration, please let the Luggage team know that your bags are at the Tantric Tent and where they should take them.
